service.

Quotations are valid for the period stated on the quote. Prices may change with fabric costs or exchange rates after that period.

Orders are confirmed once a signed quotation or purchase order and any agreed deposit have been received.

Branded and custom-made items are produced to your approved artwork and sizes, and cannot be cancelled or returned once production has started.

Delivery times are estimates. We will keep you informed of any delays that affect your order.

Standard stock items may be exchanged within 7 days if unused and in original packaging. Faulty items will be repaired or replaced.
